Caramel Apple


Caramel Apple Pudding is a decadent no bake dessert recipe that’s fruity, gooey, sweet, and so delightfully easy to make!

what you need:

• Gingersnap Cookies • Butter • Cream Cheese • Granulated Sugar • Milk • Whipped Topping • Instant Butterscotch Pudding Mix • Ice cream Topping • Red Apple • Granny Smith Apple • Peanuts

Crush gingersnap cookies and butter together. Press cookie crumbs onto the bottom of a greased baking dish. Refrigerate.



In a bowl, beat cream cheese, Stevia In The Raw®, and milk. Fold whipped topping. Spread over crust.


In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes. Let stand. Stir in caramel topping. Spoon over cream cheese layer. Cover and refrigerate.


Spread whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate before serving. Top with apples; drizzle with caramel topping. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
