These pumpkin cheesecake bars are the PERFECT start to pumpkin season. Easy to make, super delicious, and a real crowd-pleaser.

what you need:

Crust: • All-Purpose Flour • Light Brown Sugar • Pecans • Unsalted Butter Filling: • Cream Cheese • Canned Pumpkin • Granulated Sugar • Egg • Vanilla Extract • Ground Cinnamon • Pumpkin Pie Spice

Prepare crust. Press crust mixture into bottom of prepared pan. Bake and let cool.



Prepare filling. Pour cheesecake mixture over cooled baked crust. Bake and let cool.

Prepare frosting. Frost the top of pumpkin cheesecake bars. Place in the fridge before serving.



Cut into squares and serve.
