Using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and 1 cup of pepper jack cheese. Blend until fully combined.
Scoop the cream cheese mixture into a large mixing bowl and add the remaining cup of pepper jack cheese, corn, bacon bits, feta cheese, and cilantro. Stir to combine.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish or large serving dish. Sprinkle Tajin seasoning on the top.

Notes
Cotija cheese. This dip calls for Feta because it's much easier to find. Cotija cheese is a salty, crumbly cheese that adds a unique flavor to the dip. Use Cotija cheese for a more authentic taste.
Use a blend of cheeses. Don't hold back on the cheese! You'll want both the feta cheese and pepper jack for a full flavor.
