Air Fryer Baby Potatoes

Air fryer baby potatoes cook up perfectly seasoned with a crispy texture in just 15 minutes! All you need are a handful of ingredients and bit of prep time to get them going! They're a weeknight dinner idea everyone will love and you will love how simple they are to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Yukon baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cut potatoes in half or into 1-inch pieces. Toss with olive oil to coat.
  • Season potatoes with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese, stirring to coat well.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil just so the potatoes don’t stick to the basket.
  • Pour potatoes into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook potatoes at 400°F for 10 minutes. Shake & stir potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes depending on how crispy you like them.

Notes

  • Change up the spices! You can try different spice blends or mix and match your favorite spices.
  • Don't skip shaking the potatoes during cooking. This makes sure all the potatoes cook up crispy.
  • Don't overcrowd your air fryer. Place the potatoes in a mostly single layer so the air can circulate around the potatoes. This means if cooking a double recipe or using a smaller air fryer you may need to cook your potatoes in batches.
  • Make sure your potatoes are similar in size. This means you may need to cut some in half while others may need to be cut in quarters if the potatoes are larger.
  • Store. Leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days.
  • Reheat. Return them to the air fryer and heat for five minutes at 350°F or until heated through.
