Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened 8 ounces
  • 1 can crushed pineapple 20 oz.
  • 1 box vanilla or coconut instant pudding mix 3.4 oz.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup Cool Whip topping thawed

Instructions

  • Using a food processor or hand mixer, blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, pineapple, pudding mix, lemon juice, and honey.
  • Mix in cool whip. Serve with fruit.

Notes

  • Soften the Cream Cheese to Room Temperature. Using soft cream cheese will make the dip easiest to whip up.
  • Mixing Options. The pineapple dip can be whipped up with a hand mixer, stand mixer, or food processor - whichever you have on hand.
  • Making the Dip Ahead of Time. This dip can be made up to a day ahead of serving. Make the pineapple spread according to the package directions and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Bring the dip to room temperature for 1-2 hours before serving, or until softened.
  • Store. Leftovers keep covered in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Cream cheese cool whip fruit dip does not freeze well.
