Flour | Baking Soda | Nutmeg Salt | Butter | Granulated Sugar Brown Sugar | Egg | Eggnog Powdered Sugar | Vanilla
In a large bowl, whisk the dry ingredients together. In another bowl, mix butter, sugars, and egg. Then add in the flour mixture.
Add the eggnog and then separate the dough into 4 pieces. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Roll out dough to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into shapes using a cookie cutter, then bake for 8-10 minutes.
Whisk powdered sugar, vanilla, and eggnog until smooth. Dip cooled cookies into glaze and sprinkle with colored sprinkles.
