Add some veggies to your breakfast with this spinach and banana smoothie made with three simple ingredients. Fresh spinach, bananas, and creamy almond milk blend up into perfection for a simple breakfast on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

  • The riper the bananas in your smoothie the sweeter the smoothie.
  • Adding more ingredients to your smoothie may change the color!
  • Prep ahead. Combine cut banana and spinach in individual bags and freeze. Remove from the freezer, add your milk, and blend!
  • Store. Smoothies are best enjoyed immediately! If you can't finish it, refrigerate it and enjoy it within 24 hours. The color of the spinach in the smoothie may darken as it sits.
