  • 4 lbs frozen chicken wings
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Place frozen wings in the basket of the air fryer. Set the temperature to 400°F and cook for 10 minutes to defrost.
  • Remove the wings and put them in a bowl and drain any liquid in the basket.
  • Toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper until coated, and place the wings back into the basket of the air fryer.
  • Cook for another 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°F and the wings are cooked throughout.
  • Brush wings with your favorite BBQ or buffalo sauce.

Notes

  • Adjust Seasoning. Depending on your taste preferences, you may want to add more or less salt and pepper.
  • Eat them hot. For the perfect crispness and temperature, make sure you serve these chicken wings right away. If serving a large crowd, make larger batches at a time.
  • Adjust cook time. Not all air fryers are created equal and depending on what brand you have you may need to adjust the cooking time.
  • Use quality wings. For the best taste, use high-quality chicken wings.
  • Store. In the fridge, in an airtight container, for up to 4 days. You can even freeze, once cooked, in a freezer-friendly container for 4 months.
  • Reheat wings in the air fryer. This frozen chicken wing in an air fryer recipe is even good on the second day. Simply reheat wings in an air fryer at 360°F for 5 minutes or until heated through. You'll even keep a great texture.
