Ingredients

  • 8 frozen taquitos
  • pico de gallo
  • sour cream
  • gucamole
  • salsa
  • queso fresca cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the frozen taquitos to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook at 400°F for 7-9 minutes. For crispier taquitos, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until crispy.

Notes

  • Crispier taquitos. For the crispiest taquitos, preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes. If you like them even crispier, then add an additional 1-2 minutes to your cooking time.
  • No need to flip them. You don't need to flip them halfway through, just throw them in and let them bake.
  • Dipping sauces. Dip them in sour cream, salsa, queso.
  • Store. Place leftover taquitos in a container or on a plate covered with aluminum foil in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat. Place the leftover taquitos in the air fryer at 400°F for 1-2 minutes. Or you can reheat them in the microwave too.
