Stay cool all summer long with this frozen strawberry margarita recipe. It's perfect for poolside parties, celebrating Cinco de Mayo, or any time you're craving a cool and refreshing drink. Made with simple ingredients in just minutes!
Fill blender with ice and pulse until ice is crushed.
Pour in tequila and margarita mix.
Add strawberries, sugar, and limeade concentrate.
Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Pour into four margarita glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Use frozen strawberries. They work best since they require less ice which means no watered-down flavor in this strawberry cocktail!
Use quality tequila. We are a fan of Jose Cuervo but you can swap it out for another brand. Just make sure it's a good tequila.
Using margarita salt or sugar on the rim? Make sure to add it to the glasses before you pour in the margarita. I even like to salt or sugar the glasses slightly in advance so the salt has time to set on the glass.
