Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple tidbits, drained 20 oz.
  • 1 can peach slices, drained 15 oz.
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained 11 oz.
  • 2 medium firm bananas sliced
  • 1 medium green apple chopped
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding 3.4 oz.
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • cup orange juice
  • ¾ cup sour cream

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all the fruits. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk pudding mix, milk and orange juice for 2 minutes.
  • Add sour cream; mix well.
  • Pour over fruit; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Notes

  • For a fun variation, try cheesecake, coconut, or lemon pudding mix.
