Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¾ cup banana cream yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons International Delight French Vanilla Creamer
  • 2 bananas frozen

Instructions

  • Using a blender, blend all ingredients together.
  • Pour into glass & enjoy!

Notes

  • Best Smoothie Blender. I always get asked what blender I use to make my smoothies. My favorite blender to use is the Ninja Blender but it’s kinda pricey (totally worth it though), so another favorite of mine that’s less expensive is this blender.
  • Ingredients. You always want to layer your ingredients from softest to hardest (frozen).
  • Added Fruit. Add a little extra flavor by adding frozen raspberries, strawberries, or blueberries.
  • Store. If you have some leftover smoothie, you can put it in the fridge for later. Once you're ready to drink it, I like to add a little extra yogurt to the smoothie to thicken it up again.
  • Freeze leftovers. Freeze leftovers and when ready to serve blend the frozen smoothie in a high-speed blender. Add a small amount of milk at a time to get the right consistency.
