Strawberry Smoothie

This simple Strawberry Smoothie is made with strawberry yogurt, almond milk and of course strawberries. And add some sprinkles to the rim of the glass for a fun way to start your day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberry yogurt
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • sprinkles
  • fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into blender (liquid ingredients first).
  • Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrap down sides and blend for another 30 seconds.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Best Liquid For Smoothies: I used vanilla almond milk but you can also use soy milk, cow's milk, coconut water or plain water.
  • Store: leftover smoothie covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
