Peanut Butter Cup Brownies
Last weekend, at the last minute we decided to invite some of our friends over for a small Spring gathering to celebrate the warmer weather we are having here in Wisconsin. And good thing I stocked up with all my favorite Pillsbury mixes at Walmart last week, which made it super easy for me to whip up these Peanut Butter Cup Brownies for all of our friends.
Not only are these brownies delicious, but they are easy to make by using Pillsburyâ„¢ Family Size Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix and Pillsburyâ„¢ Fluffy Frostâ„¢ Chocolate Marshmallow Flavored Frosting. I also topped the brownies with chopped peanut butter cups candies and peanut butter chocolate chips to makes them extra special for our friends.
These Peanut Butter Cups Brownies were seriously GONE in the first 30 minutes of our Spring gathering, everyone loved them. And I know your friends are going to love them too! ♥
JUST A FEW BAKING TIPS:
✓ LINE YOUR BAKING PAN: To make it super easy for you to cut these brownies into squares, line your 13×9 inch baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving enough overhang on the sides and spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray. Once the brownies have cooled lift the brownies out of the pan, folding down the aluminum foil sides. Use a sharp knife to cut these brownies into squares and enjoy!
