Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
One of my favorite flavor combinations is chocolate and peanut butter, and putting chocolate and peanut butter together in a smoothie is a great way to start off my day. This Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie not only tastes delicious, but it’s packed with protein, which gives me the energy I need to get me through my day.
This smoothie is made with simple ingredients like milk, yogurt, frozen banana, spinach, and Jif® Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder. It’s creamy, protein-packed, and full of chocolate peanut butter flavor.
JUST A FEW SMOOTHIE MAKING TIPS:
✓ USE FROZEN FRUIT: I like to use frozen fruit instead of ice cubes in my smoothies. For this smoothie, you want to use frozen bananas. All you need to do is the night before, peel 2 bananas, cut each banana in half, place them in a freezer bag, and let the freeze in your freezer overnight.
✓ JIF® PEANUT BUTTER POWDER: For this smoothie, I used Jif® Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder. You can find it at Walmart in the peanut butter isle. I love it in my smoothies because it has 85% less fat than traditional peanut butter and 7-9 grams of protein per serving and it makes this smoothie taste delicious.
✓ FILL UP YOUR BLENDER: You always want to layer your ingredients softest to hardest (frozen). First, add the milk, Jif® Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder, and greek yogurt. Then, add the frozen bananas and spinach.
